Making waves in America, Luke Calleja aka Kronic is coming to Manila and it’s going to be epic! Dubbed as “Australia’s Most Reckless Entertainer”, his versatile hip-hop, R&B, and EDM sound brings something fresh to the table and takes your party experience to the next level.

That said, we uncover 5 things you need to know about Kronic.

1.) He started as a DJ, but gained interest in producing through Bombs Away.

On May 2013, DJ Kronic was added as the tour DJ of Australian vocal, and production duo, Bombs Away. From making mash-ups, mixtapes, and bootlegs, the duo helped him transition to making original tracks.

Thus, adding ‘producer’ to his list of accomplishments.

2.) His debut single, “Looking for Some Girls”, gained over a million views within the first 7 days after its release.

He and Bombs Away collaborated on a track called “Looking for Some Girls”, which reached number 7 on the ARIA (Australian Recording Industry Association) Club Chart.

The song started getting a lot of attention on the internet, but due to the nature of the video, YouTube took it down. Luckily, you can still watch it here.

3.) In 2014, he launched his label ‘Sup Girl Records’.

A joint venture with the Australia-EDM label ‘Central Station Records’ and based out of the Australian Ministry of Sound offices, Sup Girl Records is home to some of the world’s fastest growing talents such as Krunk, Far East Movement, and JaySounds.
