In the face of corruption, social injustice, extrajudicial killings, poverty and so forth, John Sedano aims to move his countrymen the same way the execution of GOMBURZA in 1872 did to Filipinos, which paved the way for Philippine revolution. He then used this inspiration and gave his listeners a re-imagination of past events that are still relevant today through a track called, “Manila Guap”.
“Manila Guap”, the third single from his Propaganda EP, was written with a vision to open the eyes of its listeners to the world around them. It ignites a fir, unites the hearts of people to fight against tyranny, and be the change that they want to see around them.
As John Sedano asks, “Sino ang tunay na salarin?”
Will you be a part of the movement?
